In early 2006, David enjoyed about three weeks traveling in Peru, his first visit to the country in nearly four years.  Most of his time was spent in the Andes mountains, from Huaraz in the Cordillera Blanca, to Tarma in the Central Highlands, on down to the Sacred Valley (Cusco and Machu Picchu).  The following photo essay draws from this journey, providing a fine example of the diversity of David's vision, creativity and connection with the Andean people.

Of course, there are hundreds more Peruvian images in David's data base from this trip as well as from his previous visit.  Please contact David should you be interested in any of this work as stock photography or as framed fine art.
